To ensure proper integration with Voyado Elevate, retailers must establish and follow consistent identifier and key conventions. These guidelines must be clearly communicated to both integrators and Voyado.
Key guidelines
- Consistency — Use uniform identifiers and keys across all integration points.
- Case sensitivity — All identifiers and keys are case-sensitive.
- Engage compatibility — Elevate variant keys must match Engage SKU IDs to gain the synergistic benefits from using both systems.
- Key restrictions — The maximum length of keys, for example product and variant keys, is 50 characters. Allowed characters are
A-Z, a-z, 0-9, and #+./_-.
