Ranking is driven by three underlying models:
  • Product AI builds a structured understanding of each product (attributes, relationships, and semantics) from a knowledge graph, so results are relevant even with no behavioral history.
  • Community AI adjusts ranking based on aggregate signals like clicks, searches, and purchases across all users.
  • Personal AI adapts results to an individual’s own session and purchase history.
Together they determine what a given API call returns. Every capability is exposed through the API, so you can build search, browse, and use recommendation experiences fully tailored to your site. Voyado’s product discovery engine runs at retail scale. Processing 5 million searches a day, it’s engineered to hold up under the traffic spikes of your busiest sales periods.
